This Flood Sensor was simple to install and add to my phone. Once it was hooked up I placed it beside my washer to test it out. I spilled some water beside it, and when it rolled under the legs of the sensor, it set off an alarm on my phone and told me a leak was detected. The unit itself began to flash as well. It was quick and efficient. This is the type of device you need several of, to place in all areas where a costly leak might occur.
