Product Details
• It is IPX5 rated for water resistance. It’s safe for shower use. Please do not submerse.
• The shaver can be used wet or dry. Shaving foam, cream, soap, and gel are all okay. Please do not use shaving oil as it may accumulate and gunk up the blades
• The blades are designed to trap the shaved hair so the shaver can be used on the go without dropping shavings on your clothes.
• Keeping the blades clean is very important. Please rinse frequently. Occasionally a deep clean is required.
• To deep clean: dip the blades in hot water and run the shaver. Let it run for up to a half hour. If needed, a few drops of isopropyl alcohol can be added to the water to provide extra cleaning power.
• Some customers report an adaptation period of up to two weeks. This is typical of any shaving method as your skin has to adjust.
• All Pitbull blades are interchangeable on different models. The Forte and Carver blades have different profiles and some customers prefer one style over the other. Forte blades are rounded and beveled; Carver blades are flatter.
My Thoughts
If one of the men in your life goes “topless” (aka “bald”) all of the time, then you have probably heard some of their struggle in keeping their head cleanly shaved. And no, not all shaving is the same. I’ve watched my guys contort in front of a mirror to make sure they get a clean and close shave all over their heads, struggle to use just the right amount of shaving cream, and get it done in a decent amount of time. So what is a guy to do?
