My son has been obsessed with Japanese anime, food, snacks and more for a few years.  When I found out I was going to get this Japan Candy Box, I didn’t tell him – I just let him open it up when it came.  He was thrilled!  It has been an adventure to try every new candy and snack.  He loved that this box was an Ice Cream Carnival theme, he was even happier.  Ice Cream is one of his weaknesses! He even shared the snacks with me!

Koala’s March Biscuits – Soft Ice Cream:

These are very popular in Asia!  You can put them in the freezer and the soft serve ice cream filling tastes like the real thing.

Meiji Panda Yan Yan Biscuit Sticks:

Yum- these biscuit sticks come in 3 compartments- 2 have chocolate and Candy sprinkles for dipping.  Everyone loves to dip things in chocolate!

Fujiya Baskin Robbins Mint Chocolate:

These are my favorite sweets in the box- they taste just like Mint Chocolate Ice cream.  My son loved how the box opened, never seen one open like that.

Kabaya Kakigori Shaved Ice Gummies:

Summer treat in candy form! Shaved ice is a hugely popular summer snack in Japan.  It tastes like the real thing!

Yaokin Little Gang Popping Candy:

This reminds me of pop rocks for Ice Cream.  Just sprinkle this bag full of fruit-flavored crackling candy powder on an ice cream for a flavor explosion.

Baby Star Shinkansen Ramen Maru:

These special edition ramen snacks are a savory surprise.  My son didn’t care for them- he thought they would taste sweeter than they did.

This little Snack is like a mini dehydrated ice cream cone!  It’s cute and tastes like the real thing!

These icy gumballs will freshen your breath.  Every teenager needs that!

This rope shaped candy has two layers, one tastes like cola and the other like soda!  This one is my second favorite!

This light and airy chips are made from famous Sapporo potatoes and flavored with delicious barbecue seasoning.
