My Thoughts:
At first we were going to put this lamp in my son’s room. He has a few years left in High School then on to college. But after getting it out of the box and assembling it, I knew it belonged behind the couch in the living room. We have always had a dark living room at night, which made it hard to see when reading or doing homework. Now the Mason LED Floor Lamp gives off this amazing soft light that redefines the look of our living area. The lampshade opens up at the top and bottom which diffuses the light and gives our living room amazing lighting with a calm, ambient glow.
The hardest part about assembling the lamp was the weight of the marble base. My hubby had to do that part. I did put the shade together, that was quick and easy. I just had to find a space without too much dog fur- we have 7 dogs in the house this week as part of our business- Camp Wags Pet Resort. We had the whole lamp together and functioning in about 10 minutes. It wasn’t hard, just heavy!
I love how you can angle the lamp from behind or beside the couch to get it in the perfect position. You can even adjust the height with the telescopic pole.
This Lamp included a 9.5 Watt power-saving LED light so that I will never have to replace a bulb. Its advanced 3,000K warm white LED technology with 800 lumens allows this lamp to outshine lamps that depend on short-lived, energy consuming standard halogen or incandescent bulbs. It’s a money saver!
