Cora – Zebrawood & Rose Watch
This watch has a beautiful rose face with the Zebrawood band. It is splash-proof but should not be submerged in water. The combination of color and unique skeleton movement is striking and grabs your attention.
My Thoughts:
JORD watches are definitely more than just a watch or a way to keep track of time. They are a work of art. I can’t stop looking at my wrist when wearing my Cora watch. It’s beautiful and yet so simple.
The Cora series is available with a Rose or Turquoise crystal. It is light to wear and very feminine. It isn’t bulky or clunky as I thought it might be before wearing it. The face is easy to read although it doesn’t have numbers. There are Swarovski crystals where you would normally find numbers.
The sapphire crystal glass – second only to diamond– face is scratch and splash resistant which means it holds up well to daily use but should be protected around water. Because it is a smaller style, it is a wonderful watch for a lady.
One point to remember is to be very careful with your sizing. The directions are easy enough to follow, but I still ended up with the wrong size. Not the end of the world, any reputable jeweler or watch repair store can remove a link or two, but if ordering it sized for yourself, I would recommend being precise. If ordering as a gift, the person receiving the watch can have it taken in by a jeweler. And if you end up needing additional links, you can order them and have them added too.
Also when ordering, you can have the wood box engraved. It really is a beautiful box that would be so special engraved with a quote or verse that means something to the recipient. They will even take a handwritten message and engrave it directly on the side of the box!
