Father’s Day can be a big deal for both kids and Dads alike, as the young ones try to pick out just the right gift their Daddy would like while Dad has to smile and “love it” even if he has no idea why his child thinks he’d want it. Or you can have one of those Dads who doesn’t need anything, but you still want to show him your love on the holiday for Dads. So we put together a list of 3 gifts for any type of Dad to help in the decision process!
Spillfix
If Dad likes to work in the garage, has DIY projects that are messy, or even likes to do home improvement tasks, chances are, he’s made a big mess before. Some things can be cleaned up with a rag and dish soap, but what about those other spills like paint on the garage floor, or oil stain on the pavement? Not only can these be a huge mess and difficult to clean up, but they can represent a potential hazard to other family members and even your pets!
But if Dad has some Spillfix on hand, he can get the mess cleaned right up and keep working. Made from coconut husk, this super absorbent, organic mix is simple to use. Simply sprinkle around the edge of the spill and on top of it, then sweep it right up! The powder absorbs the liquid and it’s safe to sweep up, leaving virtually no trace of the spill or the powder behind. It can even be re-used multiple times so it’s great to keep on hand in a large bucket or tub.

Tobox
The long running joke in our house is that Dad can cook, but he’s really only good at making a few things. He was in the military for over 20 years and so didn’t have to cook most of his meals as an adult. And though it’s not a big deal for me to toss together a quick meal, if I’m out of town, Dad can find it difficult to make much besides a sandwich or cereal. It’s not that he couldn’t learn, and he’s definitely skilled in many other areas…but cooking isn’t something he’s passionate about. So in an effort to make cooking for himself a little easier, I found him a toaster that reminds me of the one his mom kept on the counter as he was growing up.
Check out this awesome 2-Slice Retro Toaster! It has multiple functions and toasting levels, plus it handles a bagel and defrosting too! The gorgeous color is darling to look at on our kitchen counter, and there aren’t so many buttons to confuse the process. And cleanup is simple as you just pull out the crumb tray and sweep it off into the sink or garbage can and slip it back in. No matter your Dad’s culinary skill level, you can’t go wrong with this toaster from Tobox.

Phone Soap
If the Dad in your life loves his smart phone or has to travel a lot, you probably should consider giving him a gift like the one from Phone Soap. The great thing about this product is that it’s not made for a specific phone type, but almost any smartphone can fit inside. It’s not only a charger, but also a UV sanitizer. You plug in the Phone Soap unit, hook up your phone for charging, and shut the lid. You still hear your alarms and notifications and in 10 minutes, the UV lights have safe killed 99.9% of germs on the phone.
It’s easy to take anywhere with you, and comes in a variety of colors. It even comes with a microfiber cleaning pad to help keep the screen clean of debris and fingerprints. As for my husband, he will pop it on in the hotel while he gets his shower before heading in to the client’s office, and again when he gets back. That way, he can get rid of any nasty germs he may have picked up from work. And he doesn’t have to worry about missing messages or calls because of the acoustic outlets on the unit that allows him to hear the beeps and rings even while it’s being cleaned. Phone Soap is the perfect gift for any traveling or high tech Dad this Father’s Day!
