My Thoughts:
The older I get the more aches and pains I seem to feel. The last time I mentioned to my Doctor that I having aches in places that I didn’t show an injury, she said, “Well you are XX (shhh) years old, parts of you are getting older”! Really? She recommended doing more exercising and prescribed another drug to my already large daily list.
So I started trying to exercise more by walking and riding my stationary bike. And as I expected, my knees started to let me know EXACTLY what they thought about the extra work load I was putting on them! They were not happy and were more than willing to let me know about it. I have been applying Real Time Pain Relief lotion to both knees every morning before my walk or bike ride. Now I wish I could say that my knees were no longer expressing their discomfort, but I do feel that it takes longer for them to start complaining. I will take that as a win!
In the evening, if my knees (or any other body part) is bothering me, I will apply just a little of the Real Time Pain Relief MAXX formula. As for the face creams, I am really interested to see what other products they bring out to go with these creams. Knowing that I am only applying natural products is important to me and these two products are a great way to start.
