This set allows you to combine the best bodyweight exercises and resistance training. Not only is it portable, it’s perfect for working your core, legs, glutes, shoulders and arms without any other equipment.

My Thoughts:

Finding time to workout is not something that I really want to put much effort into on most days. Sad, I know it. I do understand the health benefits and reasons for working out but going to the gym just isn’t something I enjoy. Until.. I was diagnosed with in immune disorder. This was a wake up call for me and something that I no longer had a choice on IF I wanted to work out.

Heading to a gym still isn’t something that I enjoy and I often am not able to go because of health issues but I can and do work out at home or when travelling.

Since I started using the Traveller by Auster Fit, I have discovered a couple of things about myself. The commitment to working out is a decision not a feeling. And I do have more energy and physically feel better on the days that I work out versus the days that I skip it. I am also getting stronger and have started to notice changes in the way my clothes fit. Yay!

Finding places to workout when I am home has been fun. The porch is my favorite spot, along with the tree in the front yard. I can attach the straps to or around just about anything as a base and then depending on where and the angle of my body, the resistance is increased or decreased. I will admit that lifting this body takes more muscle than I currently have – but I am working on my upper body strength every day.

But the thing I like the best about the Traveller is that I can take it with me on the road. I travel about a dozen nights a month and rarely find time, even if available, to use a gym at a hotel. No worries now because I can work out on the balcony or in my room any time of the day or night. I don’t have to worry about being outside alone at the park or finding a gym in the area.

Now I am not a fitness buff by any stretch of the imagination, but even I see changes in just a few short weeks that I find encouraging. So whether you are a fitness buff or someone that is just starting a workout routine, having the Traveller really does make reaching your goal easier. There is no other equipment needed as your own body weight provides the resistance depending on the angle and position of the exercise.
