Additionally, there are other complementary iFlex devices in various stages of development that we will introduce over the next few years. These include a footwear suspension system with 4 controllable zones, a lifelike, user adjustable biomimetic knee brace; and a back brace that will allow the user to dial-in biomechanical spine support.
How It Works
Simply insert the adjuster key into the dial and select your desired support. Level one gives you a medium amount of support. Level two gives a for firm, rigid support and Level three gives you X-Firm support.
SelectFlex has the ability to “take the brunt” of the impact you give on your feet and body with each step, stride or run. It provides a “spring” in each step, thus maximizing your performance and reducing your weariness.
Our Thoughts
From day one of using my inserts, I could instantly feel a difference. I love that I am also able to easily move them from various types of shoes and select the appropriate support based on what I am wearing.
For my work shoes, I set it at level one, since I am at a desk most of the day. For the days that I am out walking, shopping or running errands, I need firmer support and will change it up to level two or three, depending upon the amount of activity and time I will be on my feet that day.
I love this technology and has really made a difference in my energy level with going out on the weekends. A 2 hour venture used to exhaust me, but now I find that I am less tired, less achy and feeling overall great at the end of a busy Saturday filled with shopping and errands.
