Custom Pet Portrait Canvases
There are so many options to dress up your pet. I almost couldn’t decide. It took a long time for me to hone in on exactly what I wanted for my beagle.
Here is a little backstory on my dog:
We bought Dany for our son Jake when he was 13. At the time, I was really into Game of Thrones, and all my son knew about the show was that there was a “Dragon Queen”. He was fascinated by a woman riding dragons. So, Dan was forevermore known as Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen. Dany for short. Yes, her full name gets used when she’s bad.
When I started looking at The Lord of the Pets website, I noticed there was an option to make my dog into a member of the rhelm. It was a no-brainer. I chose to put Dany in the suit of armor from House Lanister, just because her coloring is so dark, the throne of swords is also dark, so the gold suit stands out better.
How perfect is this print of my Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen? The Lord of the Pets not only designed the print, but the portrait is also printed on Satin paper and framed. All I had to do was send in a photo of my Dany and wait for a proof from the designers.
Other Portrait Options
Once I received the proof, I had the option of making any changes that I wanted; however, they did an amazing job, and I didn’t have any changes. The next step was to approve the proof and wait for the package. Honestly, it was so fun and they were so easy to work with.

My Thoughts
I’ve seen those fun pictures of dogs dressed up in royal gear, looking so regal. Never did I think that I’d ever get one for my wall. My dog is so funny and happy all the time. The Lord of the Pets captured her so wonderfully. Next time I’ll have to get my cat’s portrait done, maybe a mugshot of her because she’s kind of mean, or a magazine cover because she’s also kind of a diva…it would be so perfect!
