- 1lb Pulled Pork (use this recipe to make your own)

300g Bag Restaurant-style Tortilla Chips

2 cups Shredded Cheese (we used Mexican-style)

2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and sliced

1/4 cup Sliced Black Olives

1/2 – 1 cup BBQ Sauce

1/2 – 1 cup Sour Cream

1 Tomato, chopped

1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro Leaves, stems discarded (optional)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- On a sheet pan, lay the tortilla chips out in an even layer.
- Sprinkle on a handful of cheese, covering as many of the nachos as possible.
- Evenly distribute the pulled pork all over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pulled pork, then top with the jalapenos, black olives and any other veggie toppings you desire.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle the BBQ sauce and sour cream evenly over the baked nachos, then top with chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
