They also have steel bases, which makes them good for all cooktops, including induction cooktops. The steel base allows for even and consistent heat distribution.
The tempered glass lids allow you to see into the saucepans while still keeping food covered. The wood-look soft-touch Bakelite handles resist burning and stay cool to keep your hands safe. The molded ergonomic design of the handles gives you better control and greater comfort even after extended use.
This fabulous cookware set’s durable, quality titanium-infused ceramic nonstick surface makes for easy cleanup and quick release from even the stickiest foods, including eggs! I cooked this egg without butter or oil in the pan!
This cookware set is not only functional but also has a sophisticated interior finish: light beige with gray speckles. I also love the stunning and trendy matte light blue exterior. In addition, the set comes with two wood tools: a spoon and a slotted turner.
With the GoodCook non-stick surface, flipping this egg was so easy! It’s a perfect over-easy egg every time!
The GoodCook bamboo steamer fits the 2qt saucepan and can be used to steam vegetables, dumplings, and various other foods. Steaming foods is a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I was so excited to try the bamboo steamer for steaming dumplings, and they turned out great!!
7 Inch Santoku Knife
I was so happy to receive the GoodCook 7″ Santoku Knife because this is the perfect size knife for all my chopping needs.
GoodCook’s 7″ Santoku knife has a fine-edge blade, making it great for slicing, mincing, and dicing. It has definitely become my go-to kitchen knife.
This useful knife is made from high-carbon steel with a forged ergonomic handle. The contoured handle is comfortable to hold and encourages the proper hand position for fatigue-free cutting no matter what’s for dinner. The dimpled impressions prevent sticking by reducing suction and drag when cutting.
The 7″ blade on this knife can handle large jobs, but it is not too big for small mincing and chopping jobs. I used it to chop carrots, and it chopped smoothly and consistently with ease.
3.5 Inch Paring Knife
I also received the 3.5″ paring knife from GoodCook. I use a paring knife every time I cook, so I looked forward to trying this one out. It is a great knife for peeling, coring, mincing and so many other uses.
This knife features a 3.5″ fine-edge, full-tang blade. It is made with stainless steel triple rivets for balance, control, and strength.
GoodCook uses high-carbon stainless steel blades because they hold their edge longer than stainless steel alone. The contoured comfort grip handle is shaped to promote proper knife holding.
I strongly believe that a paring knife is a necessity in the kitchen, but finding a good one can be a challenge. I am so happy with how the GoodCook paring knife performs for all of my small tasks. Whether making a salad or peeling an apple, this knife is the right tool! GoodCook kitchenware solves so many problems!
Silicone Basting Brush
I know that when I am cooking, a basting brush is one of those tools that I don’t realize that I need until it is too late. For example, I am making a beautiful baked brie in puffed pastry, and I go to brush on the egg wash, and I can’t because I don’t have a basting brush! I am so glad that now I have two silicone basting brushes available in my kitchen drawer.
These basting brushes are designed with home cooks in mind, they are BPA-free and heat safe to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. They both can be used in various cooking and baking tasks, such as glazing pastries, applying egg wash, brushing on marinades or sauces, spreading oil or butter, basting meats, and more. The comfortable handle provides a non-slip grip for more control and comfortable use, even when wet or greasy. The flexible bristles and angled brush head design hold thick and thin liquids to provide precise application. The silicone bristles also won’t fall out of the brush and are easy to clean.
