When our children accomplish something, it becomes our accomplishment. We are so proud of them and it reflects each time a baby learns something new. I’m now seeing this as a grandmother. Playtime with her toys is a way I can watch her learn and grow. I’ve proudly been watching her learn colors and animals while she’s playing with Bababoo and Friends wood toys.

Wood Toys and Board Books
While I have several different Bababoo playsets, I want to share three sets today: Whale Wilma Stacking Toy, Friends Stacking Toy, and Tree House Play World. These have brought my granddaughter so much fun, but I’ve also noticed that as she’s gotten more vocal, she’s reciting her colors and naming some of the animals.
Bababoo and Friends also have a wonderful selection of board books, taking littles on adventures with their fun characters. I love board books because little ones can not tear out the pages. My little one is at that age where she will tear pages, so stories that can’t be destroyed are always good.
Tree House Play World
This wonderful Play World was artistically designed to spark your explorer’s creativity while enhancing their concentration, hand-eye coordination, and spatial understanding.
What a cute playset! There are so many fun things to do at Yuki the Monkey’s Tree House Play World. Jumpstart your little’s imagination with 31 pieces including characters, a table and chairs set, and a road for cars to drive on. I’m so excited about the level of detail in this playset. From a cute clothesline to a working elevator, there are so many fun adventures just waiting to be explored at Yuki’s. This playset is designed for children at least 18 months old.
Whale Wilma Stacking Toy
The “Whale Wilma” plug and stack game offers a multitude of educational advantages for toddlers. Stacking involves solving a puzzle and assigning colors and shapes. Initial knowledge about the ocean is also imparted. The darker the blue of the water, the deeper the sea!
The Whale Wilma Stacking Toy is my little one’s favorite toy. She pulls the pieces off and announces that they are BLUE! What I like is that the pieces are wavy. They can only fit on the base one way, however, my little one likes to put them on any way she can. She’s so smart! She also proudly exclaims, “WHALE!” when she grabs the Wilma topper off and shows me. The beautiful blue shades used show little ones that even though colors are different shades, they are still blue. I can’t wait to see what else she discovers with Wilma and her ocean of blue.
Friends Stacking Toy
Artfully designed wooden blocks in different shapes and sizes can be stacked on top of one another. Promotes motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Develops the understanding of cause and effect. Supports the learning of shapes and colors. Contains building blocks with different surface structures to promote sensory development.
Bababoo joins his friends Yuki and Pippa on this fun toy. The Friends Stacking Toyare blocks of different colors, shapes, and sizes. They are topped off with a fun character, or in Bababoo’s case, he’s hiding in the castle. My little one says, “Monkey, oo-oo, ah-ah!” when she holds onto Yuki. When she finds Pippa, she says, “Bunny, hop-hop!” This may not seem like a lot, but watching her learn makes my day. She’s so smart and every day she discovers something new.
My Thoughts on Bababoo and Friends Wood Toys
This is not my first experience with Bababoo and Friends, however, each and every one of them is great. All the toys are made out of wood, so they don’t break. There are bright colors, stories behind each playset and character, and littles can learn while they play. And as if I needed another reason to love them, they also have board books with many adventures. Bababoo and Friends wood toys make amazing gifts for any occasion including baby showers, birthdays, and holidays.
