Veggies and Carbs:
- 1 can ( 14.75 oz ) of fire roasted Corn 1 Green pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 package of ( 14 oz ) Mac and cheese
- 1 can of ( 14.5 oz ) Green beans
- ½ onion, diced
- ¼ cup cooked bacon, chopped into small bits
- 1 cup whole Pickles
- 1 cup Baby Tomatoes
- ½ cup Pepperchinis
- ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
- 5-6 Rolls
- Parsley to garnish
BBQ Charctuerie Instructions:
Ribs:
Heat oven to 285 degrees
Season both sides of the ribs with a generous amount of spice rub of your choosing. Place the ribs, meat-side up, into a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours, or until the rib meat falls easily off the bones.
Cover in foil and set to the side
BBQ Chicken:

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in a foil-lined baking dish, and coat it with a nonstick baking spray. Brush the chicken with the BBQ sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.

Bake for another 15 minutes.
