How do you make a French Fry Charcuterie Board?
We will go step-by-step in the recipe below. But this gives you a general idea of what is needed.
To begin, gather an array of freshly cooked French fries as your canvas. Opt for a variety of cuts and styles, such as thin shoestring fries, thick steak fries, and crispy waffle fries. You can even make some from scratch! I use my air fryer for all my fries.
Next, it’s time to select an assortment of tantalizing toppings and accompaniments. Start with a selection of gourmet dips and sauces, such as creamy garlic aioli, tangy ketchup, zesty barbecue sauce, or spicy Sriracha mayo.
Enhance your French Fry Board by incorporating a variety of charcuterie-style toppings. Arrange an assortment of cured meats like thinly sliced prosciutto, smoky bacon, or savory chorizo.
Add a touch of elegance with artisanal cheeses like creamy Brie, sharp cheddar, or tangy blue cheese. To balance the flavors, include a medley of briny olives, tangy pickles, or zesty pickled vegetables. Get Creative!

French Fry Charcuterie Board Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Fry your french fries as directed on the bags (I love doing mine in the Air Fryer! They come out so crispy.)
Place your fries on a large baking pan and cover with foil. Place in your oven after each type of fries is cooked. Keep your fries in the oven until creating the board
Putting the board together:
Place the sauce-filled ramekins on the board.
Add curly fries and sweet potato fries to the board.
Now place each type of fries on the board in different places.
Make sure to cover the board with the fries.
Garnish with limes, parsley and sliced jalapenos if desired. Serve and enjoy!!
Notes:
Can I substitute Veggie Fries?
Yes, feel free to change out the fries into crispy, baked veggie fries. For example, Zucchini, Carrots sticks, Parsnips, Beet or Eggplant are coated with flavorful spices and baked in the oven to make these crispy on the outside and tender inside fries. Use fresh, crisp vegetables to make these sticks.
Can I serve toppings with my French Fry Board?
Yes! Green onions, chopped bacon and shredded cheese are safe and savory bets for any of the fries on the board.
