I’m so excited about the new things at Nest Designs. Anyone who’s read my thoughts on them knows how much I love their products. This time, they have incorporated Aesop’s Fables into the designs and it’s a total WIN!

Aesop’s Fables Collection
Everyone has heard of Aesop’s Fables as fairy tales or nursery stories that come complete with a story moral. Aesop was a Greek storyteller from approximately 620 BC. To say his tales are timeless is an understatement. However, the fables are perfect for a Nest Designs Collection.
Some of the notable stories have been turned into the cutest, softest, and most sustainable clothing and nursery needs. A few of the prints include The Lion and the Mouse, The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse, and my favorite, the Tortoise and the Hare.
The Tortoise & the Hare
In case you’ve forgotten, The Tortoise and the Hare is a story about a race between a turtle and a bunny. The bunny thinks that he will have no problem winning the race because he can run much faster than the turtle. However, he loses because he wastes his time while the turtle keeps a slow pace without stopping.
Fitted Bamboo Crib Sheet
Made from Nest’s signature bamboo cotton, the Fitted Bamboo Crib Sheet will have your baby sleeping like a little angel. Soft, cozy, and breathable, the organic cotton allows for a cleaner and healthier sleep for your baby. Organic Cotton Long Sleeve Sleep Bag
Sleep sacks are amazing for babies and toddlers. It’s a wearable blanket that keeps your baby warm and cozy with no chance of them kicking off socks or blankets in the middle of the night. For smaller babies, blankets are not safe to put in a crib, however, even toddlers kick off the covers and this is the solution.
The Organic Cotton Long Sleeve Sleep Bag not only acts as a wearable blanket, but it also has a TOG rating of 1.0 and is made from organic cotton that contains no toxic chemicals. The TOG rating is basically a rating given to baby sleepers that tell how warm the piece will be for your baby. A 1.0 is a mid-lightweight sleeper perfect for homes that stay around 70-74 degrees at night.

The Snugz is a sweet soft baby lovey that your little one will cherish and go everywhere with. With a bunny head and blanket body, cuddling with him is a must. Made with Nest Design’s Signature Cotton Bamboo to make it extra soft, the Snugz is easy to hold, love, and bring along anywhere.
Baby Bandanas are relatively new to the baby world. In the past few years, I’ve seen them everywhere. Nest makes a great drool bandana for our littles. Since it’s made with the bamboo cotton Nest is known for, it’s super soft, great for sensitive skin, and it is super absorbent.
My Thoughts
I love the new fabrics! The fables I knew from my childhood have come to life again. It’s going to be fun to share these with my grandchildren when they are old enough to understand the stories. Nest Designs has made that possible with its incredible line of products that are made with fabric featuring Aesop’s Fables.
Nest Designs has been a staple in our home since I was blessed with the most beautiful granddaughter. Our sweetheart has been wrapped in the soft organic fabric from Nest since she was born. I love each and every product I’ve tried from the adult pajamas to the little Snugz for our angel, Nest Designs has never disappointed.
