I’m a huge believer in getting what you pay for. Everything today has gotten expensive, so if you can get more use out of your purchase, great! Flybird Fitness Equipment seems to know this and has made its equipment functional, aesthetically pleasing, and convenient.
Flybird
Like many of us, Flybird founder Shane Draw decided to set himself up a home gym and went online to buy equipment. However, after searching and shopping, he was unable to find affordable and satisfactory equipment. Since he figured he wasn’t the only one thinking that finding the perfect equipment was difficult, he decided to develop the equipment himself.
Flybird’s vision is to focus on customer experiences, changing the way people exercise and giving people the exercise experience they desire.
Adjustable Dumbbells
Let’s just talk about the amazing invention that is the adjustable dumbbell. A set of traditional dumbbells take up quite a bit of space. Think about it. There are two weights (one for each hand) in a variety of sizes. Depending on the size of your set, you can have upwards of 20 or more weights on a huge rack.
However, Flybird adjustable dumbbells are one set of weights with five different weight ranges. Adjustable dumbbells are great because they are quick to adjust between sets, take up a smaller footprint, and come in several sizes for your perfect workout. Dumbbells from Flybird are available in 15lbs, 25lbs, and 55lbs.
Flybird adjustable dumbbells have a lock that is designed for safety. The buckle structure on the weight plate will lock the plate into place to ensure the plate won’t fall off. This is extremely important so that you or anyone around you won’t get hurt.
Adjustable Workout Bench (FB149)
My husband has worked out as long as I’ve known him. He’s passed that activity down to our kids. They are really into working out and recently made it into a competition. But, that’s another story. The FB149 Workout Bench is perfect for my kids because it’s small, adjustable for different workout activities and it folds up to store.
The FB149 has a couple of great features. First off, its size is small at 49.2 inches in length, 18.8 inches in height, and 15.7 inches in width. Its weight capacity is a whopping 800 pounds and is suitable for people up to 6 ft 2 inches.
Flybird made its bench with 7 different backrest settings, 3 different seat settings, and 2-foot pad positions. If this isn’t multipurpose, I don’t know what is. The settings are secured with a safety fast bolt lock so that the bench stays in place and won’t wobble out of place while you’re working out.
Earlier, I mentioned that the bench folds up to store. I’ve not seen that feature before in a bench. It’s so compact that you can fold it up and slide it under a bed or in a closet.
Finally, the FB149 is lightweight and comfortable, made with 2-inch foam padding and vegan leather. Who wouldn’t want to exercise on something so wonderful?
My Thoughts
I’ve watched my family use these products from Flybird with a smile on my face. They have been able to change exercises fast, and adjust the weights and the bench to meet their needs and it is set up at home. They don’t have to pay for a gym membership to get the workout they want. This gives me peace of mind because I know they are safe.
