I love my fur babies more than most people. Let’s face it, they don’t judge you, they love you unconditionally and they are always around to make you feel better after a hard day. Why not give them a little luxury? The City Loo pet potty is an indoor and modern potty for both cats and dogs.
City Loo
Self-described luxury lover and problem solver Anastasia Miles developed a much-needed solution to a common pet problem. She developed the City Loo so that she could have a puppy in the city, who could use a convenient pet potty that would also fit into her sleek, personal home and office decor. The City Loo allows us fur baby lovers to walk our pets when it’s safe and comfortable.
What is it?
Looking like a sleek little house, the City Loo is appealing but functional. Many dogs go potty on the floor when we leave them inside because they can’t get out to do so. I noticed that mine would like to use a carpet instead of on the floor if they couldn’t make it outside. The City Loo is designed so that if our pets need to potty inside, they have a designated spot in which to do that.
The clear plexiglass walls and top allow us to keep an eye on our fur babies but it will also make them feel safe. You can add a pet-friendly, waterproof tray in the bottom to hold urine pads and/or a grass pad to make it more comfortable for your pet.
Assembly of the Loo is super easy and not at all complicated. There is an opening, windows and a top. You can even put your litter box inside it to give your kitty its own restroom while containing litter flyaways.
Where can I use it?
I started thinking about where to put this in my home. Currently, my litter box is hidden in my closet because to be honest, litter boxes are very unsightly. But, that’s another story. I can actually now move the litter box out of my closet and let Sprout use the Loo.
The City Loo can be used anywhere including a deck or porch, inside your home, or even on a boat. Imagine trying to walk your dog while out on the water. I don’t think that would be too easy. Grass or Urine pads stay confined inside the Loo while not blowing away, however, on a boat, you may want to keep it inside the cabin or strapped down securely.
My Thoughts
I am extremely impressed with the options for the City Loo. We have a small dog (she’s about 6 pounds) that doesn’t like to go outside because of neighborhood dogs. She gets scared easily. The City Loo is perfect for her because there is a grass pad with a tray underneath to keep our floors clean. The grass pad is easily cleaned in the hose outside so we can reuse it.
When it’s cold and stormy, there is no getting our dog out of the house to do her business. It’s because of this that I love the City Loo. It’s going to make our lives so much easier and our house won’t have the stains, smell and other tell-tell signs of our chihuahua.
