Supplies needed for the Love Frog Card:
- Colored craft papers
- Pencil – to trace the template
- Craft glue
- Sharpie or gel pen
- A pair of scissors
- Template
Love Frog Card Instructions:
Step 1:
Select green-colored craft papers and 2 different shades of pink paper for the frog card craft. The template includes the following patterns- head, body, lower legs, upper legs, blush, belly, eyes, and heart shape. Trace the template patterns on the selected craft papers and cut out the traced pattern.
Step 2:
Attach the eye cutouts on the round parts on the top side of the head cutout.
Step 3:
Attach the blush cutouts on both cheeks and use a sharpie to draw the mouth-line and nose of the papercraft frog figure.
Step 4:
Attach the belly cutout on the bottom part of the body cutout.
Step 5:
Attach the head cutout on the top side of the body pattern.
Step 6:
Apply glue on the side of the body part, only on the edge where you’d like to attach the upper legs.
Step 7:
Attach the upper legs on both sides of the body part.
Step 8:
Trip the extra outer parts of the upper legs and align their edges with the body.
Step 9:
Attach the lower legs on both sides of the body part- near the bottom.
Step 10:
Slide the heart cutout under the upper legs.
Step 11:
Cut out a piece of cardstock paper big enough to fit the frog and add a frog Valentine’s Day pun. Attach the papercraft frog on the cardstock paper and add a pun of your choice.
