Ice Cream Tacos Recipe
Ingredients needed:
- whites of 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 g) of sugar
- 1/2 cup (100 g) of wheat flour
- 1/3 cup (100 ml) of milk
- 4 tablespoons (50 g) of butter
Filling ingredients:
- ice cream
- chocolate sauce
- strawberries
- sprinkles
How to make these easy Ice Cream Tacos:
Mix the egg whites with sugar, beat with a whisk.
Add wheat flour and melted butter.
Pour in the milk, mix well. The dough is ready. The consistency is about like sour cream.
Preheat the pan, put 1 tablespoon of dough, spread it on the pan in the shape of a circle (size at your discretion). Fry on both sides. Fry the first side for 1.5-2 minutes, the second – no longer than a minute.
Hot waffles can be shaped using kitchen utensils.
Add the chocolate sauce to the cooled tacos and put the ice cream. Garnish with strawberries and sprinkles.
