My thoughts:
When I first started using the DoFasting app, I didn’t know very much about IF. But, I didn’t need to. The app walks you through setting up your fasting schedule and has great articles to educate you about all the aspects of IF. I like being able to see my progress and know when I’ve achieved an objective.
It’s super easy to set up and use. All I had to do was take a quiz that took only a few minutes. Then I made an account with a login. After I downloaded the app and signed in, I followed the recommendations to begin a fasting schedule.
I love that IF isn’t a flash-in-the-pan diet. There are no medications, shakes or supplements needed!
One thing that could be improved is logging your food. There isn’t a large selection of foods, meals or snacks built into the app. I tended not to fill out my food intake as much as I should because I would have to add it in manually.
