Shamrock Sprinkle Cookie Ingredients:
- 1 box of white cakes mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
- Shamrock sprinkle mix
Shamrock Sprinkle Cookie Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cake mix, eggs, and oil to a large bowl.
Stir ingredients until well moistened.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop batter, then place on a baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven when the cookies are set.
Add chopped white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heat session, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Dip the cookies into the chocolate, about ⅓ of the way, then set on a parchment lined baking sheet or counter.
Immediately add sprinkles.
