Some foods are just meant to be together. Hot dogs and beer at a baseball game, burgers and fries, milk and cookies, the list goes on and on. However, for all the obviously good food combos, there are just as many that simply don’t seem right.

This next combo involves Swedish meatballs, pepper jelly, and a crock pot. How do all three of those come together you ask? They make some amazing pepper jelly meatballs.
You wouldn’t think to use jelly to baste meatballs in, but when done correctly this dish will be a show stopper.
All you need to do is mix some cranberry pepper jelly and some plain Swedish meatballs in a crockpot and let it cook on slow for about five hours. Any leftover pepper jelly can be made into a cranberry pepper jelly dip for the meatballs to further sweeten this food combo.
3.) Chocolate Covered Bacon
This food combo is one you have probably already heard of or even tried. But if you haven’t, this one is definitely going to blow you away.
The taste is so simple, yet so amazing. The sweetness of the chocolate blends perfectly with the savory bacon to make an awesome treat.
You can even make these yourself at home! Just fry up some bacon and pour some chocolate over top and let it cool.
4.) BBQ Sauce and Honey Mustard
Most people only ever put one condiment on their sandwich, but this is the sign you need to try mixing these two together on anything and everything.
This isn’t necessarily an odd food combo, but it made the list because most people wouldn’t expect it to be as good as it is. If you’re a fan of Chick-Fil-A sauce, you’ll want to definitely give this combo a chance.
5.) Pineapple on Pizza
To finish this list, we have the most controversial food combo of all time. This has been an endless debate for decades on whether or not pineapple belongs on pizza.
The answer is yes it does. The tangy pineapple pairs too well with the savory cheese pizza to not go on top of it at least some of the time.
If you’re someone who hasn’t given this combo a shot, take this as a sign to try it. The rest of the list is just as crazy as this combo and they were all delicious!
