How to make this adorable Paper Plate Craft:
Step 1:
Select a paper plate and blue colored craft paper. Cut out a piece from the blue paper to cover the inner surface of the paper plate. Attach the blue paper on the paper plate. Use an-acto knife to cut a slit along the middle of the paper plate, making sure to cut the paper and the plate evenly, along the same line.
Step 2:
Trace and cut out cloud patterns from white embossed paper.
Step 3:
Attach the cloud patterns on the paper plate, along the bottom side of the slit of the paper plate. Make sure to keep the slit free from glue and to keep it open.
Step 4:
Select orange, yellow and pink colored craft papers for the sun pattern. Trace the round shape on yellow paper, the zigzag bordered pattern on orange paper and the small round shapes on pink paper. Cut out the traced patterns nicely.
Step 5:
Attach the blush cutouts on the round yellow cutout and then use a sharpie to draw the face of the sun.
Step 6:
Attach the yellow round shape in the middle of the zigzag bordered pattern. Attach a popsicle stick to the papercraft sun pattern.
Step 7:
Now take the sun to the backside of the plate and insert it through the slit from the bottom side and draw it upwards, inside the plate by pushing the popsicle sticks upwards.
