If you love cake and cheesecake, you have to try this Strawberry Cheesecake Poke Cake! Poke cakes are always so moist and delicious because they have jello or pudding INSIDE the cake. This recipe is easy and will be a family favorite. It uses box cake mix, instant pudding and jello- and don’t forget the cool whip. It’s refreshing and delightful on a hot summer’s day. I love that there isn’t any rich frosting like a regular cake.
