My Thoughts
As someone who has always struggled with finding a protein shake that I actually wanted to drink, this Chocolate Brownie is off the charts! The flavor is smooth and it mixes so easy. Whether blended into a smoothie or simply mixed with water, milk, or juice; the power dissolves without clumps and chunks. And oh the flavor, it is delicious.
I am a newbie with pre and post workout formulas so I am learning all about the benefits of them as I try these out. The IdealFit Pre-Workout: Blue Raspberry is a yummy boost of energy beverage that gives me the energy to push myself while working out.
