About Snapsies
Snapsies are the new collectible from Funko. In each capsule you will discover unique animal characters such as llamas, dragons, unicorns, goats, and much more. Each creature has their own distinct look, and personality. You get to put them together with new snap technology, and you get two faces to pick between. They also come with accessories that easily interchange. The more you have the more fun mix and matching you can do to make fun new looks!
Opening Your Snapsies
I unwrapped my capsule, and opened it. Inside there was a series 1 sheet, a sticker sheet, plus my Snapsies critter in a blind bag. On the series 1 paper, I decided which ones I hoped would be inside. I really like almost all of them since I love dragons, llamas, unicorns, and so many of their creatures. I think they may have come up with Snapsies just for me, JK. I didn’t even look at the ultra rare gold Metallic one because I figured that would not be in my capsule.
I was super happy and surprised to actually get the Ultra rare gold Metallic Boe. Boe looks like a hedgehog and his pet looks like an adorable butterfly. I guess I am lucky, and didn’t even realize it. I mean what are the odds of the first random Snapsies being the special one!. He is so adorable and the shamrock makes great wings over his little green tail.
My daughter got the shark/unicorn in a tuxedo named Darby. It has both a shark tail and horse bottom, plus a top hat! There are two faces and two collars as well. Darby is just cute as can be! Although I think his top hat looks much better on Boe! It is fun to swap the faces and accessories between Darby and Boe.
We hope to expand our Snapsies collection soon. I really love the pink princess dragon and the wizard goat. My daughter likes the glitter llama the best, and then the fluffy Pegasus. They are all sweet looking and unique. Plus it is so fun to not know which one you are getting, it just ups the whole experience to top notch.

Funko really does collections well. If you like a super hero or a character from a show, you can probably find something great from Funko. We love their POP! collectibles. This year my daughter will join in the collecting. She loves Harley Quinn and we were able to get her some great items with Harley on them. First there is her first POP! Harley Quinn from Birds of Prey, plus a wallet, a backpack, and a stuffed Harley. She is going to flip when she opens them up! My son loves Monopoly, so he is getting a Mr. Monopoly collectible. They really have something for everyone at Funko. I got a bobble head The Child from the Mandalorian, and I got my husband a Mr. T. He will love the flashback to our childhood. Then R2D2 is also for my son, because he has always been a huge Star Wars fan.
