One of my favorite things about living in New England is fresh seafood! I remember learning how to make Lobster Chowder at a little restaurant I worked in when I was 18 years old. Back then (yes, I feel old saying that) we didn’t have Instant Pots. I used a sauté pan to make small batches to order. Now I can use my amazing Instant Pot to make this delicious Lobster and Crab Bisque that the whole family loves!
It may seem like a lot of steps, but they are quick steps due to the Instant Pot. The longest part of the recipe is waiting for the Instant Pot to reach temperature. I assure you, it’s worth the extra steps and a little mess.
