Ingredients:
- 2 ½ C self-rising flour
- 3 TBSP Sugar
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 12 oz your favorite beer
- 3 TBSP Dried Rosemary, divided
You’ll also need:
- 9″ x 5″ glass loaf pan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the glass loaf pan with pam baking spray
Using a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and 1 ½ tbsp rosemary
Gradually pour the beer into the dry mix and whisk until combined
Scoop into the loaf pan.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!
Allow to cool
