French Vanilla Dalgona Coffee Recipe
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
French Vanilla syrup (We purchased Sebastiano’s at Marshalls, it can also be found at Winners, HomeSense, HomeGoods and TJ Maxx)
Milk of choice (we used 1%)
Ice cubes
How to make French Vanilla Dalgona Coffee:
Whisk together instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until peaks are formed. (You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Your choice)
Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with desired amount of French Vanilla Syrup. If you just want a little flavor go for a teaspoon, but if you’re looking for a big bunch of vanilla sweetness you might want to go with an ounce.
Top the rest of your cup with milk of choice.
Put one to three scoops of the whipped coffee mixture on top and serve!
