Our Favorite Meals:
Garlic & Herb Roast Chicken:
This was my favorite meal! The Garlic & Herb Roast Chicken is made with pasture-raised, organically-managed chicken from Woodstock Sustainable Farms, which they marinate in California garlic, rosemary, and lemon, then serve over coconut whipped sweet potatoes and garlicky local kale. The coconut sweet potatoes are out of this world!
Jamaican Jerk Chicken:
My hubby was afraid the portions would be too small. Once he saw and ate this amazing meal, he was hooked! Grilled Jamaican jerk chicken thighs with roasted pineapple and green beans was delightfully seasoned and satisfying!
The Azuluna Burger:
My son loves burgers- of course he does, he is a teenager! The Azuluna Burger was his favorite meal. A grass-fed, pasture-raised beef burger patty is served with a tomato, caramelized onion, & bacon jam, and a side of sweet potatoes. Enjoy as-is for a lower carb meal, or BYOB—bring your own bun! He loved the Azuluna Burger- he did add his own bun and a little cheese.
My Thoughts:
If you are looking for the perfect solution for easy and nutritious family meals, you will love Azuluna! I love that they use healthy local farms and seasonal produce in all their meals. Not only that, they support real farmers who grow real food responsibly right here in New England. Supporting local farms is so important. Another thing to love about Azuluna, they take the guesswork out of eating healthy.
