Ingredients for your Unicorn Horn Cupcakes:
- 12 cupcakes from your favorite recipe or boxed mix
- 2 to 3 cups vanilla frosting
- 6 miniature marshmallows
- Pink sprinkling sugar
- 12 rainbow swirl lollipops (Similar to these on Amazon)
You will also need:
- Large open star tip (Wilton 1M Open Star Piping Tip)
- Piping bag
Easy Instructions to make your Unicorn Horn Cupcakes:
Step 1: Pipe frosting over cupcake in a circular direction working from the outside of the cupcake towards the center.
Step 2: Using a clean pair of scissors or a paring knife, cut each miniature marshmallow diagonally. Press the cut side into the pink sprinkling sugar and tap to remove excess.
Step 3: Place one marshmallow “ear” on each side of the cupcake.
Step 4: Check the length of the lollipop stem against the cupcake and trim excess if needed. Just before serving, insert one lollipop into the center of each cupcake.
