Keep Your Kids Busy With These Fun Hands-on Toys!
Although summer vacation is technically over, it’s still very much summer here in the south. The weather has been keeping us inside a lot, which means trying to find different types of stimulation for my children to stay busy. My children love playing with hands-on toys or building and creating things. It’s important to me that my children play with toys that are interactive and will keep them using their imaginations. My kids do love to have a variety of things to keep themselves busy so I am always looking for some great, educational, fun games on hand. Some days my kids love playing together and other days they want nothing to do with one another, so it’s great to have things for them to play together and ones they can play solo. I have rounded up a list of my go-to instructive toys that my family loves.
Bicycle Playing Cards and 6-in-1 Fun Pack by Hoyle are classic card games I used to play regularly with my family as a kid. I love having these amazing brands on hand for my kids. Whether they want something simple or something a little more challenging to play with, these toys give them just what they’re looking for. Playing card games is one of my favorite past times. It was something I played often with my mom and grandma and I cherish those memories. I hope I create the same memories with my children. Board games were another thing I loved playing as a kid. Boom, Bang, Gold is a really fun board game where instead of taking turns, you all go at the same time, trying to grab as much gold as you can! The PLUS PLUS blocks are a great way for my kids to use their imaginations, creating virtually anything they want. The Tinkering Labs Electric Motor Catalyst is an awesome kit allowing children to challenge themselves to build something amazing!
