Has the frenzy of back to school hit your house? It’s crazy around here! Some of the children start back this week while others have another two weeks of break! This year we have a new kindergarten student who is chomping at the bit to go to “real school”. My Thoughts
Starting school is a big deal. When our little ones are old enough for school we make a big production about it. They get all the usual school supplies but we also go shopping for a new outfit and shoes to wear the first day. Oh how excited our little Miss Allie is that she gets to go to real school this year. I think the child has packed and repacked her backpack a dozen times. Not sure she quite gets the concept of not bringing her baby doll or toys yet, but she is so ready she can’t stand it.
This year the new TWELVElittle Adventure Backpack and Lunchbag is too cute. It is pink and lilac (two of Miss Allie’s favorite colors) with an ice cream cone patch on the front. The backpack fits little bodies perfectly. I like the padded and adjustable straps that allow the backpack to be fitted properly on her back. The lunchbag can be worn across her body so her hands are free too.
Perfect Size
It’s important to make sure that little ones are fitted properly when wearing a backpack. Their little shoulder and backs are not meant to carry the weight that the larger backpacks are built to carry. Make sure to purchase the correct size backpack for safety and comfort.
And let’s know forget the “oh so pretty” pencil case. This case really holds a lot of stuff and it unzips completely to make finding the right pencil or color easy. It is really cute and it snaps on the backpack so here’s hoping Allie keeps up with all her supplies.
