My Thoughts
As a mom looking to expand my children’s (8, 10, 18) musical talents, I want a quality kit that will not only grow with their skills but will be able to last through each of their journeys. This Yamaha electronic drum kit covers all of our different requirements when it comes to owning a drum kit. Setup is easy and requires minimal space. The set display is sturdy and can easily be folded to store away when we need the space. My husband can also play the set just as easily as our 8-year-old with everything being fully adjustable for their heights. Even for a beginner who has no background in reading music, I was able to start getting my feet wet following along with the training exercises. For fun and to help learn rhythm the training was definitely a big component to me becoming more comfortable behind the drum set. These drums are definitely a family favorite and we can easily have one person playing the drums while not disturbing anyone else when they have the headphones attached. If you are looking for a beginner set you definitely can’t go wrong with this Yamaha electronic kit. It sets the bar high for a quality set that sounds just as real as any experienced drummer. The kit is all you need to learn the drums, follow along with your own music, record your own music, add music to your sets and more.
