Summer vacation has officially begun for my kids and I can’t believe it! This past week was their last week of school and they have learned so much! With that being said, I want to make sure they keep their brain juices flowing during the summer. My daughter just finished 3k and my son graduated 4k. So, at their ages, I need to have some learning tools to make sure they retain what they learned this past school year. Teach My Yoga Mat Hop & Learn is my children’s new favorite activity! My son just learned how to play hopscotch in school, so he was excited to show his little sister how to play. The mat comes with a ton of fun game suggestions and we’ve been having a blast learning new games together. One of my kid’s favorite games to play is “I Spy”. This game is a great way for them to challenge themselves with shapes, colors, and the alphabet.
One of my favorite activities to do with them is the ABC yoga. This is actually a great way for my children to start winding down for quiet time. They each pick a few letter tokens and see if they can make the shape of that letter using their bodies. I just love to spend time with them while they’re are having a wonderful time learning and laughing at the same time!
