Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs (you can use bought crumbs or 1 stack of graham crackers finely crumbled)
1/3 cup white sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
1 pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
In a medium bowl or using a stand mixer, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and white sugar together.
Add approximately 2-3 heaping tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture per jar/container and press into the bottom. Place in the refrigerator and let stand for about an hour.
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy and forming peaks.
Then, gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and beat until combined.
Add the lemon juice and vanilla and beat until combined.
Add cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla mixture to the jars/containers over the prepared crust and let chill in the refrigerator for approximately 2-3 hours.
Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
