My thoughts:
Who would have thought that adding extra protein to your diet could be so easy? I know, right?! I am thrilled to death with the Vegetarian Traveler Protein Toppers and have been adding them to ALL my foods. They are especially delicious in soup! The first time I tried them in soup, I had my trusty crackers right by my bowl. But, you know what? I ditched the crackers after a bite or two because the Protein Toppers were providing the yummy crunch I was looking for – WITHOUT GETTING SOGGY! And, after finishing my meal I didn’t think much more about it until afternoon. Usually, I am starving by then but on this day, I found I wasn’t hungry at all.
I also love them on my salads! They add that little bit of crunch – kind of like a crouton does. Salads have a way of leaving you starving a few hours later but with the additional protein, it made it “stick to your ribs” so to speak.
I have already been telling anyone that will listen about my new found Protein Toppers and now I would love to recommend them to you too! Visit Vegetarian Traveler to learn more and see what benefits you can gain by adding them to your diet!
