Smoothie bowls are all the rage right now and it is no surprise! Everyone knows that smoothies are delicious AND healthy for you. But for some, including me, drinking my breakfast or snack just doesn’t seem as filling as actually “eating” it – enter the smoothie bowl! This delicious Kiwi-Spinach Smoothie Bowl is just as filling as it is yummy! It has a delicious tropical flavor of kiwi mixed with vitamin and nutrient-rich spinach. Most importantly, it seems to ‘stick to your ribs’ as they say – longer!

Ingredients:
1 Handful Spinach
4 Small Kiwi
1 Banana
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tbsp Oats Maple syrup or Agave syrup (For added sweetness optional)
Water
Toppings:
Fresh Strawberries
Almonds
Chia Seeds
Fresh Kiwi
Fresh Blueberries
Instructions:
Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend on high until a smooth and creamy consistency is reached. If smoothie is too thick add a bit of water and blend again.
Pour into a bowl, garnish with berries, chia seeds, almonds and serve.
Enjoy!
