The Dr. Seuss’ One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish is a timeless classic! It was a favorite of mine as a child and then a favorite for my kids. But, what can make it better? Yummy cupcakes, of course! These fun, and delicious, Dr. Seuss Cupcakes One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish are the perfect treat for the kids to have while listening to the fun story!

Supplies Needed

Dr. Seuss Cupcakes One Fish Two Fish supplies needed

8 Prepared Cupcakes
Swedish Fish (Assorted Colors)
Funfetti Neon Yellow Vanilla Frosting

Directions

For the cupcakes, I used a white cake mix and colored it with blue food coloring then baked according to package directions.

Dr. Seuss Cupcakes One Fish Two Fish process

Add frosting and piping tip (optional) to a piping bag or a quart size baggie. Pipe frosting on each cupcake. You can also spread the frosting with a knife.

Place one Swedish fish on top of each cupcake.

Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
