Meal preparation is a major chore at times. I cook many meals at home because we do not have a lot of extra cash to eat out often. Since we eat home a lot I try to vary my recipes, so no one gets bored. I find a recipe and go to the store to get the ingredients. Sometimes I have to go to several stores to find what I need. Other times I get home from the store and realize I forgot a vital item. If I lived near a store it wouldn’t be a huge deal, but I am at least 20 minutes from a main store. The food quality was fantastic, and the recipes looked like restaurant plates. That made me feel so accomplished!
