If you need a fun cupcake for a Halloween Party or even for Thanksgiving, you need to make these Candy Corn Filled Cupcakes. It’s super easy. Just use a box of cake mix- you can use whatever flavor you like. Grab some candy corn and icing and get the kids.
Try making some anytime of the year with Skittles or M&Ms inside! YUMMY!
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Cake Mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 1 bag of Candy Corn
- Vanilla Icing
- Cupcake Liners
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1- Prepare cupcake batter according to box instructions.
Step 2- Line muffin pan with liners and fill each a little over half way.
Step 3- Bake cupcakes according to box instructions, and let cool completely.
Step 4- Once cupcakes have cooled cut the center out of each cupcake (3/4 of the way down). I used a spoon to scoop out the center. Save cut out and set aside.
Step 5- Gently press the hole down with you finger.
Step 6- Fill each hole with about 4 candy corns.
Step 7- Place top back over hole, and gently press it down.
Step 8- Top each cupcake with vanilla icing and two candy corns.
Serve and enjoy!
