- Personalized Coloring Pencils – A 12 pack of coloring pencils with your child’s name printed on them. These are easy to hold and sharpen nicely to help them get through the year.
- Name Labels (Classic Custom Text) – These are terrific name labels that allow up to 5 lines of text! Plus, you can choose the background, the font, and the icon/symbol! These work well for backpacks, laptop bags, books, and even to mail an envelope or package.
- Bag Tag Round (Designer, Large) – This bag tag is a great way to make your bag stand out. I used this one for myself, so I can easily spot my bag at a glance, since it’s bright and has my name printed on it clearly.

My Review
I love shopping for school supplies. I don’t love the crowds or the fighting over the last items in stock, but I love the new supplies, organizing them into the backpack, and praying your child will have a wonderful school year ahead of them.
One of my favorite school shopping trips, I went to my local store to buy items in the middle of the day, hoping to avoid a crowd and beat the rush for certain supplies. Another mom came into the section and handed over school supply lists to three of her four children and announced:
“You are old enough to get your own supplies. Here are your lists. Do not lose them while we are inside the store or you will go get another one from the front. Only get what is on your list! Return to the cart when you are finished! I will be checking your items before you put them in the cart.” As the three older children went their separate ways, the youngest (who was probably 5 or 6 years old), kindly asked his mom if she would help him get what he needed since he couldn’t read yet. She just smiled, nodded, and they had the sweetest time picking out what he needed for school. Sadly, I have no idea how the older kids did though as we had already moved on when they returned.
But the thing is, the other kids probably have the same supplies your kids do. And while I don’t mind sharing, especially with classmates who could use the help, I do want to make sure their supplies remain theirs. The easiest way I’ve found to do this is to get them personalized or buy stickers and stamps to allow me to personalize them! Like the coloring pencils, instead of wrapping a sticker or washi tape around the pencil, I simply ordered a set with his name on the lower half. Now there can be no argument over who’s pencil it is in class.
Or tagging the backpacks, gym bags, and even travel bags with the bag tag from Stuck on You. You can pick the design, the font, and then make it your own. I find they are really easy to see at a glance, which is great for busy school rooms or when you’re getting your bags at the airport. And the Mixed Labels pack are great since they offer several sizes in the set, so I can put our names or phone numbers on a water bottle, notebook, laptop, you name it! (See what I did there?) Again, they can be customized for your personality, not just your name. Then there’s also the Name Labels that allow up to 5 lines of text, plus you pick the symbol, font style, and the background color/image. These work great to slap on a bookbag, inside a book or notebook cover, or even to use when you’re mailing something in a hurry.
And when it’s dress up day at school or the kids are taking their uniforms to school, I make it easy to find their own items by using the name stamps on the inside of the clothes. Not all sports gear has their name printed on the back, and just like with school supplies, they usually look alike! Now as long as they know how many they brought in, they know which ones to bring home again. And with the iron-on feature, I know the personalization isn’t going anywhere.
I’ve used several of these items for myself, both to use on the items I take to campus with me as I attend a few classes, and even when I travel. They have adult as well as kid-friendly designs and color combinations, even though I tend to go for bright and cute combinations myself.
