Learn About Science in 4D
School is about to start, and in some places it already has. Therefore it is important to get the kids back into learning mode. SpiceBox makes this easy with two extremely cool science kits that make it fun to try different experiments. You can journey with Professor Maxwell as he teaches lots of fascinating facts in 4D. He literally jumps off the page of the book to speak to the kids and explain why things happen.
About 4D Science
With this lab, Professor Maxwell teaches fundamentals in science like Chromotography, Cohesion, Carbon Dioxide, Static Electricity, and more. There are ten neat science projects to do. In addition to a step-by-step book, Professor Maxwell walks you through each project. With the free App and the included googles, your phone will bring to life Augmented Reality.
In this 4D Science kit my daughter made a volcano erupt, by mixing vinegar and baking soda. It was so neat to see the things react that she did it over and over again. In addition to clear instructions it was great to have the professor tell her every thing she had to do. I did not even need to help her. She was able to replay his portion over and over and it was like magic. She put the goggles on with my phone in them, then looked at the page in the book. Then Professor Maxwell popped onto the page in 4D. He was standing on the book, and talking. It was so cool to me, I cannot imagine what a young child would think.
Next my daughter made slime. The kit has many of the items she needed but we did have to add a few things. Therefore she was not able to do all the experiments yet. With this kit we can make a lava lamp, but I need some items. I think that will be a really cool experiment and I love how this fun kit helps teach many basics in science.
4D Chemistry
With the 4D Chemistry Lab, Professor Maxwell will teach fundamental lessons from the fun world of Chemisrty. You will learn about Magnetic Forces, Surface Tension, Oxidation, Density, pH Levels, and more. Here Professor Maxwell will pop in and explain each project step-by-step.
My daughter learned about density by mixing oil and water and some food color, then she happily did some experiments that worked with pH. I was in the other room, but could here the Professor talking to her through the Augmented Reality. Then she learned how to take pictures with him, which was really cute. I think the App is super easy to use, and the 4D portion is neat and so unique. I really am constantly amazed by how far technology has come and what would be unheard of in my childhood exists for my kids. They are really lucky to have such cool learning tools at their fingertips.
Zuru Tangle
Tangle is the first fidget toy. It helps with sensory and motor stimulation, which can in turn help stimulate and maintain attention, and improve math and reading comprehension. This highly recommended educational and therapeutic toy is a must have for back to school preparation. The texture, shape, color, and visual impact of Tangle stimulates the brain and makes it not only fun, but functional.
These Tangle toys are neat, and very versatile. You can just fidget with one, or connect a few. You can wear them or build small sculptures with them. They are quiet to fidget with so they will not distract others, and their colors are eye catching. You can get animal prints, glitter, classic colors, crazy colors, and even metallic. All the pieces can come apart, and be put back together. These make nice gifts, and fit easily in back packs and purses.
