Mealthy MultiPot Saves Time For an On-The-Go Mom
I run around an awful lot chauffeuring 3 busy children to all their destinations. Between the 3, we do Civil Air Patrol, Dance, Drama, Honor Society, play dates, museums, water park, youth group, and two summer jobs. Besides their schedule we have a weekly nursing home ministry, church choir, and an active role in our church. Therefore many nights we lack a nice home cooked meal. I love to cook, so that is not the hold up. Instead it is our busy schedule that leaves me unable to make much at home because lots of dinners take too long to make. I like my slow cooker, but I certainly do not want stew or soup all the time, plus I have to anticipate our needs in the AM. Hallelujah, I have found a great kitchen addition that makes it easy to get healthy food on the table without a long time table. The Mealthy MultiPot will anticipate all your cooking needs and cooks food 70 % faster with the many pressure cooking settings.

Mom’s Thoughts
I was very excited to get a MultiPot. I have heard great things about pressure cookers, but have never personally used one. Once I got mine I was stoked to try it out and see what culinary delights I could produce. I am so glad for the instruction book because the amount of buttons is intimidating when you compare it to a crock pot. Not much room for error there, lol. This MultiPot has so many uses, but once you familiarize yourself with the basic functions it is quite simple to use. The unit is sleek and looks nice on my counter. Plus it came with several useful accessories, like the silicon mitts. Now once I am done cooking I can pull the pot out and put it on the trivet, or get it in the sink. I like that I do not have to leave it cooling for a long period of time before I can wash it up or dump the liquid out.
Chicken Wings
My first dinner was chicken wings. My family loves chicken wings, but they do not come out good in the oven. I put the fresh chicken wings in the pot, added one cup of hot sauce and hit the poultry button. They cooked in about 15 minutes. Then I put them on a broiler sheet to crisp them up in the oven for another 15 minutes. I was able to make dinner in around thirty minutes and it was very good. The chicken was flavorful and tender.
Pot Roast
Next I made a pot roast. I do not like pot roast, but my husband loves it. The cool thing about my Mealthy MultiPot is that you saute the meat in the pot first with some olive oil. Hit the saute button and lay the meat inside the pot with the lid off. In about 5-7 minutes you flip the meat over. The you remove it to a plate while you cook the onions and garlic for a few minutes. Next return the meat to the cooker and Pressure cook it for 50 minutes. Last I added potatoes and carrots and cooked them for just a few minutes. Since I am not a pot roast fan, I was shocked at how good it tasted. The meat was tender and shredded easily, yet the potatoes and carrot were tender without being soggy with no taste of their own. It was all extremely good and I would make it again. My husband ate every scrap of meat there was left, and was very happy with dinner. Most Noteworthy was that there was just one pot to clean from cooking.
Do not forgo healthy dinners due to time contraints, just get a Mealthy MultiPot and get dinner on the table with ease. I cannot wait to try some pineapple chicken sliders next.
The everyday price of the Mealthy Mulipot on Amazon, which comes with extra accessories is $99.95. You can also head over to Mealthy.com and get the same package for $94.95 with two day free shipping.
