Bamboo Monitor/TV Stand and Riser with Dual Drawers
This two piece unit is made from all-natural end-grain bamboo. It is designed for ultimate convenience and has a 360 degree turning capability. There are two drawers to store your remote controls, extra batteries, gaming controllers and other knickknacks that always seem to gather around your electronics.
My Thoughts:
Keeping the electronics corner organized is a real challenge at our house. Between the gaming systems (cause you know all houses need three of them), the multiple remotes, and the box things that connect this to that – this mom is lucky to be able to find the television remote and operate it. And yes, I have been known on more than one occasion to call one of the children to walk me through how to watch my shows if they have forgotten to put the input back to which ever of the settings it needs to be on for me to watch TV.
This stand comes in two pieces that are thankfully all assembled. Just pull it out of the box and place the drawer unit on top of the flat base and it is ready to go.
I like the way it works because with different ages of children playing their games, we are always having to move the sensor bars around depending on the height of the players. Now we arranged the sensors on both the bottom and top shelves so they don’t have to be moved around.
The drawers are great for keeping the extra batteries and remotes so everyone can find them. I am always amazed at how quickly the remotes seem to just disappear. Not any more, now the remotes – especially the one that has to be used to make sure all the other remotes work – MUST be placed in the drawer as soon as you change the input to whatever setting is needed. We will see how long this works, but so far..so good.
Another cool feature about this stand is that it will pivot all the way around if needed. We are looking at using this unit or getting a second one for a television in the kitchen. Because it will pivot around, I can watch TV while in the kitchen or pivot it around so dad can watch his news while enjoying his coffee before leaving for work.
There are so many places that this unit could be used around the house or in your office. Because it pivots easily, you can have your monitor or television at the angle that is most comfortable.
