March is right around the corner, that means soon it will be time for the annual spring clean! I know it’s not the most fun for a lot of people but it is so worth it. Having a completely clean house is such a weight off your mind and just feeds your soul. But with so much to do it’s hard to know where to start! I think if you only take one tip away with you it’s definitely to clean the inside of your windows. It’s easily overlooked because they don’t need cleaned nearly as often as the outside (once a year is more than enough). But when you do you really notice a difference. It just adds a dazzle to your house from the extra light that comes in, and seeing out all the clearer is a definite bonus. You clean the inside the exact same as the outside as well. The only difference is you don’t want lots of water dripping on to your window sills! Apart from that just have at it with a bucket of soapy water, just make sure you have a squeegee to clear all the water off, otherwise you’re going to end up with big streaks and it’ll be worse than when you started!
The second most important but the one people normally tend to avoid is cleaning out the fridge. You never have to look at it long and it’s very out of sight out of mind. But it’s worth taking the time to do. Again because you’ll notice a big difference once it’s done and next time you go to put your groceries away!
