Welcome to Day 21 of 30 Days of Easy Dinners. Fall is the perfect time to break out your Crockpot, Instant Pot or Pressure cooker to make some delicious family meals. For this month, I’ve teamed up with my great blogger friends to bring you some amazingly delicious easy dinners.
Here’s one of my favorites that always gets a round of applause: for its flavor and timely manner of being served! Scalloped Potatoes prepped and done in ten minutes from Celebrate Woman!
Cooking takes only three minutes in a Pressure Cooker; the rest is your preparation. I love to use a slicing mandoline to make those potato rounds thin and truly tasteful when they come out of the cooker. Offer this recipe to your family and see what their faces will express back at you! They will love it!
