I think I am still in my chocolate coma, but I wanted you to see the goodness you can make in the pans! And, true to their word, this Smores Cake Recipe is as sticky as they come. However, there was NO STICKING! You could literally clean the pan with a paper towel! I was truly amazed because I questioned not greasing the pan when I made it. But, I wanted to know for sure if it was true non-stick. I used no oil, no nothing, and it slid right out!
Cleaning and Storing Your Copper Chef Fry Pan
You can wash your Copper Chef Pan by hand in water, with a mild soap or you can put it in the dishwasher. You can also use a nonmetallic scrubber, sponge, or bristle bush.
When storing your pan, do not stack other cookware inside of it. If you are like me and short on cabinet space, simply use a soft cloth or paper towel in between the pans to protect the inside coating.

My Final Thoughts on Copper Chef Pans
I am in LOVE!!! The Copper Chef Pans are so convenient! I cook several things that go from the stovetop to oven. It is nice to not have to trade out pans. I am also loving the versatility and different ways of using them. I also didn’t mention how much I love the long handle, along with the short handle on the Deep Fry Pan. It makes it very easy to move the pan from place to place.
The Copper Chef Original and Deep Fry Pans are work horses in the kitchen! Who knows? My other pots, pans, and skillets may find themselves in storage! I really should just pack them up, as there is a new sheriff in town these days – Copper Chef!
One special note! The handles of the Copper Chef pans get hot! You will certainly need to remember to use potholders for the handles and lid.
