Sheridan Ford Partners as Part of the Clean Transportation Incentive Program
Ford Escape, Ford Explorer, Ford Mustang, and Ford F-150! Wow, that’s a lot of Fords, isn’t it? The Ford Motor Company has been around since 1903 and in 2016, there were 2,614,697 Ford vehicles sold in the United States. What does all that mean? It means that Ford is doing something right.
About Sheridan Ford
Sheridan Ford is located in the heart of Wilmington, Delaware. Joe Sheridan has been the owner of Sheridan Ford for over a decade. Does that name sound familiar to you? That might be because Mr. Sheridan was the 2015 TIME Dealer of the Year. According to Tim Russi, Ally Financial President of Auto Finance, regarding the award nominees, “The dealers nominated for this award are dedicated business owners, auto lovers and, most importantly, champions for their local communities, with a willingness to give back on a grand scale.”
What makes Sheridan Ford stand out from other dealerships? There are several things but a good part of it is the Green Incentive Program and the In Your Honor Program.
Green Incentive Program
In 2015, the State of Delaware’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, along with seven car dealerships, including the Sheridan Auto Group, partnered together as part of the Clean Transportation Incentive Program. This program is designed to offer rebates for car buyers who purchase electric vehicles and conversions.
In Your Honor Program
As a former member of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Sheridan wanted to be able to give back and say thank you to members of the military, for all they do for our country. The In Your Honor Program does just that, by offering $500 military bonus cash on all new vehicles, in addition to any new Ford vehicle special offers.
Sheridan Ford has hundreds of new and used Ford vehicles in stock. If they don’t have what you are looking for, just let the friendly, professional staff at Sheridan Ford know and they’ll contact you once they do have the vehicle on their lot. “Go See Joe!”
